Have to admit......

I'll have to admit that we are in trouble with the budget. If the State of California is not paying it's bills on time how is anything supposed to function on time? I went to the RUSD board meeting last night. What I heard is we are literally in the red and out of money. There was talk of a parcel tax of $100 and how the residents of Riverside would not vote for that. I will have to say something needs to be done but it needs to be done without asking for any form of money from taxpayers. We pay. Let's talk seriously about possibly reforming the whole system from the top down so to speak. I don't pretend to have all the answers but I do know the answer is not more money.
